Ahoy!
We're happy that you finally mastered your way to Refugia OTS. We've got a quite large custom map which can be trouble-causing when trying to find some spawns, but don't worry  Feel free to ask about it on Help Channel.
I. Houses
1. What are the requirements to buy a house?
You need to have atleast level 70 and of course enough money. To check house's price just take a "look" at the door.
2. How can I buy the house?
Simply contact the gamemaster. Remember to have the cash prepared.
3. Where can I catch the gamemaster?
The easiest way is on Help Channel, the hardest - on priv
II. PACC and promotion
1. How can I buy PACC?
You can buy PACC via !buypremium command. 5 days of PACC costs 50k (5cc).
2. How can I buy promotion?
If you want to be promoted, go to the NPC Jim Forester. You can find him in every city walking around. Remember to take 10k with you. You should also note, that he will have some interesting addon missions for you!
