Ahoy!
On Refugia OTS you will find numerous custom commands that should simplify your life. Here's the list.

!buypremium - No need to explain, 5 days costs 50k (5cc)
!changesex - It costs 3 days of PACC
!leavehouse - Use it if you want to leave your house (you won't get the money back!)
!mode - Use it to check whether server is running in PvP or Non-PvP mode
!online - Online players list
!ranks - Ingame highscores system. For example if you want to check who have the best distance fighting, simply use: !ranks "distance
!uptime - Server uptime
